i had a hard time finding a groomer for my 14 1/2 year old dog, because he has arthritis and is deaf and sometimes grumpy, but Lauren did a really good job grooming him and he was not stressed when he came home.
A little backstory: I’ve been to two or three different groomers and my pup (Appa) never came back happy or excited. He either came back scared or just acted weird. He also came back and didn’t want anyone to touch his front paw. As a dog owner I’d love for my dog to go to the groomers and feel safe. I understand every dog is different as well.We came to Lauren back during the summer, so we’ve almost been coming to her for a year and let me tell you Appa LOVES coming here and has no hesitation running to Lauren. Incredible service! very gentle with pets and very passionate about her work! my little queen Fiona very happy after spa! the owner Lauren so friendly, patient,with beutiful smile and warm welcome! I will recommend this place to everyone!
