Other RV places wanted us to make an appointment weeks/months in advance and keep our RV a minimum of 2 weeks or longer. We contacted Cummins Anchorage on Monday afternoon about doing fluid/filter changes and investigating a problem with the alternator. They had an opening and asked us bring it in right away. The next day they determined our alternator was putting out zero and needed to be replaced. They ordered a replacement, along with the specialty air filter, and our rig was ready early Thursday afternoon. We are so pleased with their speed and quality of work! They are also very friendly.

A member of our caravan developed problems with the manifold on their motor home engine. Being a member of a caravan means you have to move according to a strict schedule. Time considerations are paramount. Cummins Sales and Service took them right in and worked to 8 p.m. to get the repairs done. The service manager, Matt, and service tech, Zach, were helpful and supportive. Be sure to ask about a military discount.
