CMC fixed up our house after we had 2 sewer lines break in the bottom level of out spilt level home. They were great to work with. Dana was wonderful. We did have one did have one snag, and the owner, Josh, came over and apologized. I highly recommend them.

Alaska Sundance Retreat Bed & Breakfast discovered major water damage under the hardwood floor in our signature Great Room. The damage was increasing with time and we faced the deadline of a mid April B&B opening with 2022 looking like a banner year. CMC Construction/Restoral was recommended by a friend in the construction industry and was contracted to assess the damage and restore the site with the objective of being better than before. When the floors were removed we realized that there was major structural damage and that the outside deck would need to be replaced.
