“I paid this gentleman $400 deposit to refinish table. It appears likely now that I will never see my table or my $400 again bc bill Poole does not respond to inquiries. Does not operate at address on paperwork. Beware. Well I finally got my table back and I am so happy. Apparently they have also hired new staff. V personable. I hope they do better job of communicating. The table looks good.“

Thirteen years later, we had an issue with the house settling that created a gap between our slabs of quartz and we had chips along the edges from simple wear and tear. McKinley came out and repaired the work for a reasonable price. Our kitchen looks as good as new!“

We were blown away by how perfectly all the pieces fit together based on a series of measurements made about six weeks before the install.Will and Cameron did the measurements and the installation: they are an amazing, totally professional team, with every trick in the book at their fingertips and all sorts of special tools to deal with a number unexpected quirks in our original 25-year old cabinetry. Everything was "no problem, we can do that!"The job was completed exactly as per the written estimate, plus some new maple "toe skin" thrown in to cover the old toe kick, which was not mentioned in the estimate.
