Esteban was prompt at getting back to me with a flat rate quote. His availability was super flexible and easily fit into my schedule. No supervision needed. Provided GREAT customer service and quality output. Carpets have never looked cleaner! He even gave us tips on how to keep old stains from returning. I highly recommend Best Deal Steam Carpet Cleaning. They're definitely the "best deal" out there!
Did a Great job for a good price. Very efficient and told us what to expect with some of the stains they couldn't remove which were really bad to begin with but way less noticable when done.
Very professional family, super accommodating with our schedule needs and reasonably priced! Our off white carpets looked and smelled amazing after cleaning. We did not request any spot treatments so cannot comment on that. Will certainly use them again!
