Best experience I ever had and will be coming back in 2 weeks ; she was very attentive and friendly and helpful with suggesting which services would be best to achieve the look I wanted and I defiantly got what I wanted x10 !! If you want your eyebrows to be perfect come to this place .“

“I recently sent my daughter in for an impromptu eyebrow visit, to my hurry I did not recognize that I had not scheduled with a master stylist for her. She came home a mess, with crooked eyebrows and tears just before her birthday weekend. She stated she felt rushed in the appointment and didn’t feel like the gal cared enough to hear her concerns as the next appointment was already there and waiting.
I reached out via the website with my concern and issue- Michelle, the owner was very prompt in reaching out to me and assisted my daughter in correcting the situation. We also received follow up from the gal who initially provided the service.
We will for sure be returning for those master stylist services! The attention and care received was exceptional.“

My first colourist Mary, was incredible -- absolute perfection. When she retired (*cry*), I switched over to Jesse. He's the bee's knees -- crazy talented and the best company. I always look forward to hanging out with him and leaving with beautiful hair.

Only drawback(?) - strangers ask me who does my hair, All... The... Time. So if you don't want compliments, find someone less talented! ;)“

“Great COVID protocols. All must be masked, temp taken, questions asked. Also -I've been seeing Ashley about year now and have a very troubled back. Fused spine T4-L4 to treat scoliosis for the past 24 years. I'm pretty active but not super athletic. Anyway, if you want a medical massage that really deals with tension and knots she will work with you to get movement back and decrease pain even if it's longterm issues. She had helped me with scar tissue, old knots, even TMJ. I am thrilled to have recommended her to others who also have only good things to say! I've seen a good number of therapists over the years and she's the best. Has great bedside manner to make you feel comfortable and really wants the best for you!“

“Went in for a set of volume lashes. Came out with these stubs! The lashes started on one eye 1/4 up my eye instead of the very beginning of my lashes, the other was even further up. I don’t know what she put on them at the end, but they are stiff. I came out looking like I already needed a months fill. This is legitimately the worst lash experience I’ve ever had. I tried to like them, but ended up crying with how bad they look. I messaged them saying how much I hated them. Was told they don’t have time to fix them, but gave me a referral for a walk in where I could pay again for lashes that should have been done as volume the first time. I once loved this place, but I’ll never return!
Edit: I will not remove my review, but I was very upset at the time that I had spent this amount of money and the response I received. Ember Asthetics is a wonderful place and so welcoming. I had always had the best experience. The first person I went to I absolutely loved, but they changed what they wanted to do.
My review is a real situation that happened from my side and should they have corrected them faster, yes. I couldn’t pay what I paid to go get fixed and wait for them. However, I also do understand it can be hard to get someone in quickly. I was just so upset at that moment because I could finally afford to do this. I have custody of little ones and I had to buy everything all over for them, as 3 young children were flown to me with just a small backpack of stuff for 3 young young babies. Child care and buying everything they needed was a struggle that I needed to hold down 2 full time jobs, but it’s no excuse to write a deeming hateful review. It was my honest opinion in the beginning.
Do all in all, do go to Ember Asthetics, to this date I have still recommended the place for others and I will continue to recommend them. My teeth gems have lasted I believe 3 years. The artists there are warm, welcoming, and usually the best. I normally walk out with what I want and feeling like a beautiful queen.
So all in all, if you want an inclusive, no judgement experience, do visit Ember. Just don’t be like me and not say something in the moment. Do not
wait as I was really trying to like them. Ember deserves our support to keep going and thrive in the environment we live in today!

“Absolutely love Sarah. She was the first person to ever apply individual lashes on me. She did such an excellent job that it’s no surprise I keep going back for fills. I asked her for “natural looking lashes, the kind that u can’t tell I have some on but still give a little umff” and she nails it every time. I absolute love her. I’m definitely going to miss her once I leave cause she’s that good. Her studio is very clean and sanitized. She also does fantastic at working with you and creating appointments that work around your schedule for fills and she is a great listener/therapist.I get the nova classic lash. Although it’s a bit pricey girls/guys it’s 100% worth it. I personally just love the fact that u don’t have to wait 24hrs to wet your face again.“
