We have had them out several times to fix plumbing issues on our old boiler. A+ customer service every time. They took the time to listen to my armature diagnostic of the situation. Quickly identified the problem, and fixed it. I am just really pleased with them.
First time we used their service was for a simple issue, a zone valve replacement, which went well and we had no complaints.Second time, we lost running water to our house. They quickly sent someone out for diagnostics and charged us, ultimately stating that our well pump was not working and recommended a well company. That evaluation cost a few hundred dollars as I recall. I told them that our well was new and two years old.When I told a friend, a retired plumber, he said that he wanted to look at my set up. I had a leak in the laundry room from a pinhole in a pipe. Of course it was on a Saturday! I called them and a technician was there within 30 to 45 minutes. Found the problem right away and fixed it within their one hour minimum. Anchorage Plumbing always comes through. I have used them for years!
