I went to see Dr. Rich after getting tired or back soreness for just sleeping wrong. Something must have been off and he confirmed it. A quick alignment and I felt better immediately. Very helpful education on why I was feeling the way I had been feeling and how to avoid that. Highly recommend having a consultation to get everything lined up.

Karie has excellent massage techniques and has done wonders for my injured shoulder and body. This is why I recommend her to my patients that have had surgeries and require massage. She easily targets trigger points and fascial restrictions for long term relief. Thank you, Karie, you are awesome!

Best massages of my life!! Karie and Jesse are both incredible therapists. And Dr. Rich has helped my active daughter with her neck and hip 'things'. Always a great experience. I recommend Alliance Chiropractic and Wellness every change I get.
