My experience with the staff has been nice but the phone service is lacking. I often get a messages saying "The customer you have contacted is currently not avaliable please try again later." I get this message during their open hours.

The doctors are good. Its nice to be able to call and usually can get a same day doctor who absolutely fabulous, and non-judgmental. They could use a few more doctors, because its not fun to wait for appointments, if you simply need your doctor right away that isn't likely to happen. The entire town needs another clinic, uptown preferably, or a walk in clinic and it would chronically busy...there's no doubt about that. What I despise about this clinic is the $40 late charge or no show fee. Its too much, period. $10 is plenty to charge, in fact I don't agree with it. I grew up in an era where you showed up and if you didn't no one panicked or punished you. It happens...most people actually DONT try miss doctor appointments...and they especially don't want to be late. One time I saw them cancel an old woman's appt as I watched her shuffle painfully and slowly to the front desk in front of me. She was late. I wanted to scream. I lost complete respect for the no show/late policy and for the staff. Further to this theme, one time, I was so sick, from recent concussion, I came into my appointment exactly one week late, having scheduled it but put in on the wrong day on my phone, which I did repeatedly due to the concussion and I exhibited all the strangest symptoms, but do you think that even after a diagnosis, they took note that someone showing up on the wrong days has a legit issue...but they charged the bag out of me anyway. In one month I incurred $120 in charges because I couldn't compute properly. I took the issue higher up and they made me pay anyway. Also, there is one gal there who seems miserable or just not the smiling greeting type. I can't abide it. If you're a regular you don't want to have to feel like you're a bother...you know what I mean...

Great clinic! Doctor Danny is top notch!! Only problem, this clinic wants to charge me $40. For being late. I would gladly pay, but when i showed for my appt., i was told they had to cancel. They called my home same day, i was at work. They had my cell # but did not call. I missed an hour of work, used fuel and my time to get to my appt., and was not informed of the cancellation. Sooo, its ok for this clinic to charge me money for being 5 minutes late, but they screw me and so now i have no doctor. I will not pay the 40. Could not even reason with the high school dropout working reception.
