5/5 for this firm. If I could rate it higher I would. The most important person in my entire world, the love of my life, had recently passed away. As I am a fellow funeral director, I reached out to the manager, Jason, at Baker as this firm was my family's deciding funeral home. I reached out with very little notice and requested special access and privileges to his funeral home. I did this with very little hope of having it actually granted. But love like that will make a person do anything. Jason was only too kind and not only allowed me that gift. But expedited the legal process to ensure it could happen. Thank you, Jason.
It is with great sadness that I am writing this review. Six years ago I needed the help of Allie when my mom passed away. She was very helpful and caring. Little did I know I would need her help again with the sudden passing of my brother, just before Christmas. Allie is the most caring, compassionate, and wonderful person that I could have hoped for in this terrible time of loss. She helped us with all the dreadful paperwork that one needs to fill out at a moment's notice, and has always gone above and beyond what is expected of her. She never seizes to amaze me. Jessica was the most kind, compassionate and understanding funeral director that I have ever had the ability to meet. I cannot say enough about the service that she provided to me and my 3 siblings when our Gram passed away.Thank you, truly, thank you Jessica
