We've been with Shineatek for a number of years now, and they've always done their best to address all of our issues in a timely fashion, and don't give up until they solve the problem. I've sent in many support tickets, many of the problems of my own doing, so I've definitely made them put the effort in and it goes to show... I am always happy with the results.
