There is no one I trust more with my cats than Rebecca and her team at Country Lane. From vacations to surgeries, they have always accommodated my needy cats and would provide updates to their wellbeing consistently. Our cats have not stayed at any other pet boarding facility since moving away from Edmonton four years ago. We have not found another facility that gives us confidence like Country Lane did while still providing that personal touch. Rebecca will take care of your pets as if they were her own. Care, Love, Compassion—Country Lane Pet Boarding lives up to their motto! We want to express our gratitude for the exceptional care Country Lane Pet Boarding provided for our 10-year-old Doberman (Nova). She had never been to a kennel before, and we were anxious about leaving her for 21 days. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the facility is meticulously cared for both inside and out. The clean and well-maintained environment instantly put us at ease. When we picked her up we were particularly impressed by the personalized attention and the genuine affection the staff showed her. It was clear that they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and at home. A big thank you to Rebbeca, Bonnie and team for the wonderful care. This was the most awesome dog vacation for my two border collies and German shepherd ❤️ First time away from home for my three. The three puppers were very well taken care of! The daily online photos were so cute and reassuring. I was a guilt ridden parent 😜 although I did enjoy Mexico!! Becca was in tune with my dogs and kept in touch with me for the entire 10 days. I cannot say enough, the care, attention to detail, and moral support for the dogs on their first stay was incredible. You can see all the staff love their job. The facility is spotless and beautiful, outside time dogs are on turf, they stay clean. We visited a few weeks before the stay so the dogs knew what to expect, a great idea. Mostly to relax me!!
