I got their RAPID neurofascial reset. Leah did a wonderful job! She alleviated my back pain, as well as explained the process as she went. She was very knowledgeable and didn’t have a problem answering any and all of my questions. They will definitely be my first choice moving forward!

This place is so amazing. Everytime I go there, I usually walked out pain free, and recently I took my daughter with so much pain in her back for doing different activities. Leah helped her tremendously, she was so happy that she was able to play in their volleyball tournament without any pain at all and even her coaches couldn't believe that she was pain free compare when they saw her few days before the treatment. Awesome place to go if you are suffering in pain. Thank you so much Leah for all your help not just for me but for my family as well.

I have been visiting Urban Renewal in Three Hills for at least 10 years.The staff and practitioners are friendly and very good at what they do. My current massage therapist (Jacqueline) is amazing. She is very good at finding the sore spots that need treatment and then doing a great job of working the muscles to provide relief to my body’s issues.
