I didn’t want to be this person who writes a negative review. I do not handle well with confrontation. But after today I will be finding a new family doctor. I took my 1 year old there today to see Dr.Dhan again, but this time it was about booking an appointment for some important blood testing at the children’s hospital we are in need of getting done but were told by 2 different people one was our geneticist and the other was a phlebotomist at the Strathmore blood labs that our family doctor had to call on our behalf to book the appointment. Dr. Melvin Lavalee has been our family doctor since we moved here in Strathmore 2 years ago. And i can say that he’s great on his profession and very kind too! I remember i told him that i have fears on any kind of surgery even the easy ones like those simple procedures for outpatient. I had a mucocele and he did a great job taking it out with so much comfort. He made good referrals too for my husband who needed to see an eye specialist due to stye on his left eye and the the specialist made a perfect job doinh the surgery.Dr. Lavalee has been very good to my kids too.

I can't speak for the other doctors (as I've not seen them) but Dr. Andrew Kelly has been my and my 2 boys family doctor for a few years now and we think he's great! I'm comfortable discussing any issue with him and feel listened to. It's a busy clinic but he never makes me feel rushed. He's great with my boys as well. Dr. Kelly is a credit to his profession.
