Optimum Wellness Centres - Strathmore

My husband has been diagnosed with Corticalbasal Ganglionic Degeneration, a terminal illness. He hates people touching him and did not want to go. However, after discussions he allowed me to book an appointment. He was extremely happy with John and immediately trusted him. He came home feeling very relaxed and happy. We have now booked our third appointment and are looking forward to seeing John again. We have recommended him to family members and friends.

I won’t go anywhere else. The front desk ladies are all amazing, I always have a good chat with them. I see Dr Sean for chiro. He helped me out big time and can’t thank him enough!!

My family and I have been going to Optimum Wellness in Strathmore for nearly 6 years. Everyone here are extremely professional and personable. Having Wendy at the front with her wealth of knowledge and compassion has pointed me in the right direction in my healing process. The “traditional” services like physio, chiro and psych have been outstanding, however if you need a full body reset, Rapid Neurofascial Reset with John has been a massive game changer.
