“They do jewelry too!I have this ring my papa gave me when I was younger. I never wore it because the setting was chunky and sharp and sterling silver when I wear a lot of yellow gold.When my papa passed away, I really wanted to get the ring reset so that it laid flatter on my finger and was more comfortable and also in a yellow gold setting. I wanted something I could wear daily.I was told by two different jewellers that the stone is worthless and they would not bother setting it for me. Even though for me the stone was sentimental and meant so much to me. Another jeweller quoted me an astronomical price.I went to Michael at Queen’s and not only did he quote me a fair price, he listened to exactly what I wanted and in a reasonable timeline, I had the ring reset. The communication throughout the whole process really put me at ease because it was difficult to entrust someone with my precious papa ring.I just picked it up today and I had tears in my eyes. It exceeded my expectations and now I have a beautiful ring that I can wear daily that will help keep my papa close to me. Thank you so much!“
