After suffering with lower back pain for about six weeks due to overdoing it at the gym I decided to see if a Chiropractor could help my situation. I've had just a few visits so far but my back is definitely on the mend. Optimum Wellness Centre gets a two thumbs up from this happy patient and I highly recommend the Strathmore location that I have been attending. If your in pain try this wellness centre and expect relief.
I've been seeing Mckenna for almost a year now, their massage therapist. She is amazing and so knowledgeable about everything to do with muscles and stretching. You won't be disappointed!
Arrived Beauty Bar is my go-to for anything skincare and self care related! I’ve had multiple services done here from dermaplaning to eyelash lifts and I have never been disappointed! Beth is an absolute ray of sunshine and she makes you feel so comfortable, it’s like you’re talking to your best friend within minutes of meeting her. Discovered a leak under my sink had badly damaged my cabinet and centre support. Southern Stars to the rescue! Paul and his apprentice Jesse did an amazing job replacing my bottom shelf and centre support, while covering up some unsightly water staining.

Dr Heather has been great in treating my baby (3 month old) who was very stiff in his neck and jaw since birth. After only a few sessions he has been much more comfortable, happy, and feeding has improved drastically!
Dr.Ash and the staff at the Ranch are the best you will find in Strathmore! I hate the dentist but Dr.Ash is awesome and is awesome with my kids and me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! His side kicks are always a riot and the front desk staff are amazing. Highly recommend!

I live on Vancouver Island and my sister lives in Strathmore. She is going through cancer treatments, and I've had Strathmore Florist do up two different bouquets for her, a couple months apart. Both are stunning and unique. I sent her the Happy Face one yesterday, after she had surgery, and she is thrilled with it and said it brightened her day considerably. Strathmore Florist is definitely my go-to florist in the future!
Brought some glasses in that were not fitting my face to well, ( too wide ) and even though I didn’t purchase them there, they tightened them for me. I appreciate that immensely, as all other places were rude and not accommodating. Thank you guys!!!!

I started seeing Dr. Chung at Health First Wellness Centre in mid-November 2023 for weight loss. The treatment included herbal medicine along with acupuncture treatments. The herbal medicine helped to boost my metabolism as well as keep me from feeling hungry. I lost a total of 30 pounds over 6 months. Dr. Chung encouraged me to exercise more and change my eating habits. I am currently working on maintaining my weight with both exercise and healthy eating. I met Crystal just after my locks chopped off in an A line Bob. I was so out of my skin with the major change and I went to Crystal and she not only put me back together with her hair extension expertise, but she really listened and cared and understood what I wanted and I have been wearing them under her care for a year! The above is all good but the bonus is that the hair quality is the best I have ever had. I have been wearing extensions for 20 years!!! Nice salon for sure. Decent place to get a straight forward man's cut for a fair price. They won't absolutely cookie cutter it like the barber shop by M & M meats, and they won't push you to do something more adventurous if you don't want. If you want anything more unique they have obviously got that covered too. I always go with Melissa.I've made this place my chosen hair cut option after struggling to find a barber shop or salon in Strathmore that was the right balance of simple yet also sophisticated as you want to be.

I've been seeing Victoria for over 5 years for my lashes, and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She is professional, confident, meticulous, and personal. Ken is incredibly knowledgeable, and takes it very seriously, which helped set my mind at ease. His commitment to sterilization and cleanliness, along with his friendly demeanor, made my visits comfortable and enjoyable.

I didn’t find the process painful at all, and at times could have even fallen asleep.
My only regret is not doing it sooner. I’ve seen some sketchy, unnatural-looking work being done in Calgary, so I was very careful in choosing a technician and that took me some time. If you’re thinking about getting SMP, it’s absolutely worth the drive to Strathmore to get it done properly.

About a month ago, I was seen as an emergency patient last minute on a Friday afternoon. I had been in excruciating pain due to severe sinusitis, caused by a tooth that needed a root canal.
