TERRIBLE CUT BY OWNER! When I arrived home I looked at the cut and All I could say is "what was she thinking? One side the upper layers of hair were cut in a straight line. On the other side....it is just a mess. I took a chance on your low profile and simple salon....would showing a picture have helped? I think not. There was no sense of direction with this cut. The following week I went to Edmonton...and had my hair cut short to remediation the worst hair cut I have ever had. you told me you have been cutting for 35 years!!! unbelievable!!

What a great experience!! It had been a long while since my last real cut & this sweetie put me at complete ease and made me look and feel like a Queen🥰

I haven’t known Gail that long but she is an awesome person. She makes you feel right at home and has a wicket sense of humour. She is very good at what she does. I always feel better and look better after I get pampered. Hehe
