Absolutely fantastic service! Steve was honest, kind and super helpful. We needed help with a leaking tub faucet in a very old mobile home in Ailx. He not only repaired that, but showed us the water shut-off valves under the cobweb-filled trailer, the breaker panel for the hot water tank and even the temperature adjustments on the hot water tank (he fixed that too).Would Absolutely hire them again!

I submitted my furnace issue over a weekend knowing they are not open until 8 am on Monday. Was called prior to 8 a.m on this day and Linda had Robin dispatched to our home by 8:30 a.m . Furnace repaired shortly after 9. Every experience we have had with Burmac has been nothing but top notch. Our alarm on our sump pump went late last night, we contacted Burmac first thing this morning and a technician was sent out immediately. Robyn was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had a new pump delivered to site, installed and cleaned up before I even got my kids out the door.
