“I will preface this review with stating the simple fact the only thing I ran consistently prior to coming to Oxygen Fitness was my mouth. I would put my fitness on par with my 17 year old Shitzu. On my first class, I thought it might be like my previous experiences, I may go for a class or two and fall off. I always found them too hard or too hard to keep up with and felt embarrassed. To my surprise, and likely yours dear reader, I go consistently to Oxygen Fitness! Melissa and Christine are delightful; I get excited just to see them! I do not like push-up day; however, I can do one now so there’s that. I always come just as I am and so does everyone else. It is incredibly supportive. I would encourage no matter where your life is at to prioritize your wellness; this is a great place to start and stay. My fitness level is for sure more on par with my 11 year old terrier now and that is a win for me. If you’re scared to start alone, kindly find me likely M-Tu-Thurs at the 4:30 or 5:30 right behind the instructor. Keep on fighting the good fight friends!“
