I chose this salon because I decided to try my very first Deva cut and their stylists are trained in this technique. The experience was second to none, beginning when I came through their front door. I was greeted by a few of their staff, my jacket was taken and hung for me I was offered a drink and I was welcomed back to meet my stylist, Leanne. She took the time to assess my hair, ask what I wanted to have done and discuss my hair goals. She then explained all about the Curly Girl Method and suggested a few options for what would work best with my hair type and condition. She gave me a wonderful cut, getting rid of frizz and damage while maintaining and enhancing the shape, style and length of my hair. It immediately felt and looked better! She gave me a wonderful color that exceeded my expectations too. After my color, She carefully explained how to care for my hair using the Curly Girl Method and provided information on what products would work best for me. There was never any pressure to buy, just great information based on her knowledge and experience. I received a lovely Christmas tray of goodies and a complimentary hand massage while my color processed as well as 15% off my service and a wonderful welcome package for being a first time customer. I’ve already booked my next appointment! This is an outstanding salon � start to finish. Excellent staff that produce wonderful results. Very impressed. Highly recommend!
