“Mr. Rooter Edmonton is amazing, it wasn’t even a question to come out when I called on the weekend for a backed up sewer line. I originally called a different company and they offered someone during the weekday. How is a person to function for the rest of the weekend? Mr. Rooter to the rescue! Curtis not only come out and resolved my problem, but Curtis joined by Adam were so kind and helpful which made a stressful time easier to digest. Realizing my sewer line needed to be lined to prevent future damages to the pipe, Savana’s amazing approach and quick responses helped me through the process with my home insurance - she really made a daunting process so easy. When I saw this company online, I called hoping their company was as reputable as the young man in the ad appeared. Turns out, they were even better! The receptionist called to keep me updated about my appointment, the technician arrived in the window of time that they gave me, and he was able to address the problem promptly (and for less than I had expected). “We had Prince here today fixing my washing machine drain as it was leaking Prince repaired the drain line as it was to short and thought it was completed. Once we ran the machine to see if it working we still hade water come up the drain line. Prince then snaked it and we try one more time and this time no water coming up the drain line. Prince stay here through it all to make sure it was working. I feel that a 4.5 star is in order.“

“Mighty Clean Ducts Ltd came by and cleaned our mobile home vent/ducts in early Nov/23.The guys did a fantastic job! Thank You!When they were done the ducts, they cleaned our dryer vent. As you can see from the photos there was a lot of lint in there, like way too much, to the point it was a fire hazard. I appreciate the fair price they charged that included the dryer vent cleaning. Thank you again!Their only down-fall was how they claimed to sanitize the ducts after they simply sprayed some sanitizing liquid on the furnace filter which really doesn't do a whole lot. I would strongly suggest to avoid saying that to future customers.To properly sanitize the ducts, their technician should have sprayed the inside of our air ducts with an antimicrobial cleaning solution that kills bacteria and mold which can be harmful to humans, especially ones with respiratory issues like asthma, emphysema or COPD. There are several disinfectant solutions that can kill bacteria and mold. Note: It may not be necessary in all homes to sanitize after they clean the ductsI would recommend Mighty Clean Ducts Ltd and will call them back when we're ready for another cleaning.“
