I have been going to this location for Botox for nearly a year and I cannot express how Incredible the Customer Service is. The front desk ladies are extremely friendly and welcoming. Stanislava Grinevitch displays exceptional service, where she explains everything to you and offers suggestions, asks questions as to what I want and the results that I am looking for. I never feel rushed during my appointments. Stani was so friendly and professional. She made me feel so comfortable. She educated me on the procedure and how Botox actually works. Give her a raise! This kind of customer service is rare nowadays - even at the other clinics I have been to!

I had THE best experience at Jack Nathan MedSpa in St. Albert with Stanislava Grinevitch. There is a reason she is considered the nurse injector QUEEN! She provided top notch care the entire way through, gave me the look I desired, and checked in with my two weeks later with a follow-up. I am in love with my results, and wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. Stanislava was so kind, considerate, conversational, beautiful, AND a wealth of information!
