First Choice Haircutters

I have been a customer of First Choice for approximately 18 years.The stylists are very nice, professional and have updated skills. It is also fairly easy to get an appointment with short notice. I was just in for a haircut and I was impressed with their Covid-19 practices. Sophie and the girls are great!!

Have been having my hair cut at this location ever since they opened
and have always been very happy with the service they offer. I find Sofie the shop manager ( who is Vietnamese ) to be down to earth and one who
will "tell it like it is``

I was not surprised to see the comments here about being insulted. It's why I came to write a review.

Although I felt the job they did was great and fairly professional, especially for the amazingly low price tag, a few of the staff here are very incompetent in how they treat customers.

I phoned for a walk in on a Sunday asking if they could do a bleach and a cut, again; for walk in. The lady said yes. I said if be ther in 15. I got there, walked up to the front, was asked my name and demanded rather rudely to sit down, without being asked what I wanted to get done.
