“Tanis and Nick managed and performed my bathroom reno professionally. Throughout the process they were reliable and dependable as well as courteous. Nick showed up every day and put in in a good days work. Nick's work was meticulous and the results were beyond expectations. Tanis followed up and communicated throughout the process regularly and addressed all questions and concerns. The job was 95% complete in 2 weeks. We were short some tile to complete the baseboards which took several weeks to arrive which caused the only delay.
Tanis managed the process and the billing in a fair and professional manner.
My satisfaction levels have always been measured in the same fashion my whole life. It can be summed up in one simple question that I ask myself after a job is complete and that is, would I use this business again to perform a job, the answer in this case is YES.

We’d been struggling with chemical balancing in our new pool. We were never taught or shown how to use our system. On a suggestion from a friend brought in a pool sample to Watson’s to see if they could help. Right away Gail did some testing and had the manager Shane come out to see the equipment and explain everything to me. Gail then proceeded to show me what was going on and exactly what to do to help balance the chemicals. Pool was being a bit difficult and when needed Shane contacted the hardware company (Hayworth) to get extra info and help. I live about 40 min from the store front so to help save time and be able to give pictures and info we were able to text back and forth. They were fast to reply and clear communication. Means the world to have my swimming pool back to norm so I can use it daily again. I could not express how much I appreciate Gail and Shane taking extra time to go over things to ensure I understood everything, every recommendation was spot on. Easy instruction to follow and had all chemicals on hand ready. Won’t go anywhere else! Won’t get better service anywhere!“
