I saw Kimberly Dice who was absolutely remarkable. She reviewed all information and made a plan and within one visit I was without pain, it was amazing. Each visit was different focusing on exercise and massage and I was sent home with detailed instructions on the required exercises. I have been seeing Stephanie D. for the past nine months, and it has been a game changer! Stephanie was referred to me by my massage therapist, as I have some long-standing chronic conditions. Stephanie‘s knowledge and care are amazing! The therapy we chose was shockwave therapy for my hip and needling, along with a home program with exercises. My hip hasn’t felt this good in over two years! I have gone to ultrasound after, and my bursitis is also gone! I can now do all the activities I like to do with minimal pain. between working a 9–5 office job and doing body sugaring on the side, my back is always feeling it. Brian at St. Albert Advantage Sports Medicine has been the best deep tissue RMT i’ve tried. i book 90 minutes every time and leave feeling like a new person. 100 worth it!
