Always wonderful service! They've started a texting line to schedule appointments which is so nice. Their spa is absolutely beautiful. Kate is my go to girl and she nails (pun intended) it everytime. If I've got an idea she'll happily go along or give suggestions to make it that much better. Can't wait for my next appointment!

The front desk Customer service here (in Spruce Grove) is BUNK - massage is usually good tho. Too bad their system glitched out and booked a massage online but they did not physically book a masseuse to actually give a massage. So they text the night before to tell me nobody available (not even 24hrs in advance like it would be if I canceled on them or I’d get charged) … lame

I loved this place. The staff was amazing. the girl in the front desk helped me to claim my insurance. The massage was so good and relaxing. The sweet treat after couples massage was great. Very enjoyable place. We went to south location in Edmonton
