My daughter absolutely loves coming to the gym. At the beginning of the year she was uncomfortable in the gym and today she deadlifted 205lbs! I am incredibly impressed with the PSAA program and EATS.

My son Trains here for both Alpine SKi Racing & Rugby, and loves Rob's program! He loves the time taken to explain the mechanics behind certain movements and exercises so he can understand the why, and we love that Rob has taken the time to develop a program that incudes buidling up all muscles and mobility in a safe and constructive way for our young athlete.
