Called late notice, they managed to get me in. There was some scheduling changes but I had no problem accommodating as it was just a blow out and I had time.
Because of the scheduling changes they gave me a discount on my service which they didn’t have to, so I’m very thankful!
Great customer service, would recommend! They had a ton of product to even if you just wanted to browse around.
I had my hair done by Marcel and he did a wonderful job. I loved waking into Chatters and being able to look around and shop the tons of different salon products they have, as well as other items from bath bombs to dip mixes. Staff were all very friendly, and the price was reasonable for my cut.
