Great service. I went in recently to buy a giftcard and was told they wouldn't sell me one. Was told to come back the days later when they were on sale for 15% off! A salon that actually charges what they say! After a couple bad experiences with other high end salons and calling around for accurate pricing, Roxx was the winner today! When I called to make the appointment, I said exactly what we wanted and they gave me the price, then I booked. Came in today for the appointment and sure enough, they charged exactly what they said. No price additions or upcharges. The stylist did a wonderful job and I got exactly what I asked for. Thanks Roxx for being transparent and giving a No B.S approach.
