Wow I had the most incredible day at Namaste today. I did the Ayurveda Water package, with the goal in mind of healing and reducing stress. I was very fortunate to have Prenaka looking after me; she is absolutely amazing. Prenaka is very intuitive, knowledgeable and a true healer. I can’t believe how at peace and relaxed I feel. Every knot I had is gone. The products they use are top notch, they smell amazing and really made a difference on my skin. The lunch they provide was delicious and the teas were very calming. I loved my day so much I plan to book another one very soon. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.
I have been going to Namaste for massage the last 2 plus years and had a great experience with Jai, Karol, Robby, Lori and Brooke. I especially found Jai reiki and massage exceptional.Robby impressed me with suggesting exercises to support flexibility, and what a kind person! And a special shout out to Brooke! I felt she offered exceptional relaxation by using essential oils and after doing work on my neck and back, a hot wet towel! Wow, so impressed with the extra peace that experience gave me.
