I visited Namaste spa while on vacation from Ontario. I booked a relaxation massage as I have been recovering from an accident. Sid decided I needed a more intense massage and I have never felt better. I have limped for 3 years and after only one massage I actually walk normal at the beginning of the day. I am planning another trip so that I can go back to Namaste for a few sessions. Beautiful spot, and amazing knowledgeable staff!

Maria (Lizeta) is amazing! She listened to my concerns and focussed on the areas I asked her to. She worked hard getting out some knots and checked in with me through out the session. Thanks Maria!

Wow I had the most incredible day at Namaste today. I did the Ayurveda Water package, with the goal in mind of healing and reducing stress. I was very fortunate to have Prenaka looking after me; she is absolutely amazing. Prenaka is very intuitive, knowledgeable and a true healer. I can’t believe how at peace and relaxed I feel. Every knot I had is gone. The products they use are top notch, they smell amazing and really made a difference on my skin. The lunch they provide was delicious and the teas were very calming. I loved my day so much I plan to book another one very soon. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.
