Great crew on installers. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Our house presented some challenges but they took the time to ensure that the work was done correctly. No surprises on the invoice; they did the work exactly as quoted.
Our A/C is working better than it ever has in the 8 years we've owned our home. We had a maintenance service and evaluation on our furnace and A/C and the tech was very thorough and helpful when explaining recommendations. He also suggested some further work that Ignite doesn't offer and had great recommendations on companies they use and trust, or what to ask/look for if we did not want to use their suggestion. Our house used to struggle to stay at the temp set in the summer time but since the cleaning done on the A/C our house has been able to stay exactly where we want it during this +30 heat wave no problem!

Dan is an honest, hard worker. I'd be glad to have him work on my heating as soon as I need!
UPDATE: Just got a heat pump installed and Dan's team is outstanding! Their first team was really great; they listened and heard our concerns and questions. I asked for typical extra nerdy things and they answered me plainly and even ran an extra wire for me to use later. Dustin was EXCELLENT too, explained the system after install and I had a good understanding of how it works before he left.
I HIGHLY recommend Ignite. They're the best! Knowledgable, Experienced, Nice, GREAT communication, I had a great experience with them.
