I came in with virgin hair and had never had anything other than my natural solid colour before, so I was very nervous about going blonde and getting a balayage which she was so comforting about. I was given even better results than I expected, and it’s been about 7 months and I haven’t needed to get my hair touched up or redone at all. “I met Nakita through my colourist/stylish Karis, and boy am I happy I did! Nakita braids better than anyone I’ve met, the styles she does are so intricate and amazing. I was struggling to find a stylist that braids, it seems to be a niche thing.. but Nakita braids, and does an exceptional job! The braids she gave me lasted for over an entire week, and when they came out I had gorgeous wavy hair. Do yourself a favour and book Nakita! She is skilled, friendly and absolutely incredible with hairstyling ❤️

I started coming here because Karis is by far the best colourist I’ve ever had, and still to this day is. I have coarse, dark, long hair (partly because I’m 1/2 Native American) and Karis is the only one who ALWAYS gives me exactly what I want colour wise. She’s the only one who’s been able to take me to any colour I want, from brunette to platinum, rose gold, purple or a casual blonde balayage. When I was living in Vancouver and Calgary I would travel all the way back to Edmonton just to get my hair done by Karis, because no one in those cities could match Karis’ skill and ability.“

She has done rainbows , colour corrections as well as tape in and weft extensions on my hair and it is healing and healthier than it’s been in a long time.
