“Abbey was great to work with! I choose Nufloors over their competition down the road as Abbey took the time to answer all my questions about the flooring, the experience of the installers, and showed me different options for LVT. Before I came into the store I already knew exactly what I was looking for, and Nufloors was only one of the select stores that carried the LVT I was interested in. She gave me a couple of samples to take home, as I wanted to see how the different samples looked in different light conditions. She was prompt in coming out to do measurements and provide a quote on May 10. When I accepted the quote but told her that I may not be ready to proceed for possibly a couple of months, as I was waiting for the installations of new kitchen countertops and backsplash, she said that was not an issue. I would give her 5/5 stars!

In regards to the installer Dwayne, I was not very happy with many aspects in regards to his work or attitude.
1. On the day of my installation on July 10 When Dwayne (and his wife) showed up and I answered the door, he did not even introduce himself. He just looked at me and all he said was " I'm here to do your floors". No name and no introduction.
2. He laid out a couple pieces of the LVT so that I could see which direction I wanted the floor installed and barely gave me 30 seconds before he yelled "Well which way do you want them? Make a decision!"
3. Once he started installing the second row, I noticed that one of the tiles was damaged and asked him to replace it. As a homeowner I like to watch the entire time, both so that I can learn and to keep people accountable for their actions. He grumbled about having to pull the row out, but I thought it's better to fix mistakes as they occur instead of being multiple rows in and then having to pull them out. Multiple times this happened and multiple times I asked him to fix it, as well as fixing gaping seams.
4. In my dining room he cut one tile too short that meet the wall and when I pulled my baseboard out to show him that it would not cover the tile he got miffed and said that was because my walls weren't straight. He cut another piece and again it was too short and he got angry about that, as if it was my fault.
5. Before installing the reducers between the carpet and the LVT I was asked how I wanted them cut on the ends that jutted against the walls. Again he only gave me about 30 seconds before he abruptly walked off and said "Forget it! I'll just cut them this way!"
6. Floors weren’t swept to get rid of small bits of debris as work progressed. Occasionally Dwayne’s wife would sweep small sections, but mostly it was just covered up instead of cleaned up.
7. When he got to my front entry he asked what I was using for a transition between the laminate in the adjacent room and the new LVT. When I told him that I have a piece already and will install it later he glared at me and practically screamed "Well I NEED to see it so I can see if it fits!!" I was very taken aback to be spoken to in this manner. I would give the whole installation process a 2.5/5

As someone who is inviting a business into my home and paying a lot of money for a product I expect to be treated with respect and not screamed at when I notice blatant errors or take more than a few seconds to make a decision. I never once raised my voice to him, and would always kindly ask him to fix things as they occurred. At the end of the day I was overall pleased with the new floor, but that is only because I made sure that things were done correctly.

When I came into the store to settle my account about a week later I asked to speak to one of the managers. I met with Ralph and he listened to my concerns. He was compassionate and treated me with kindness. He understood and seemed concerned about my issues, and made me feel like a valuable customer. I told him that I would pr“
