“It was a hybrid fill of my existing lashes that I got 4 weeks ago.

Similar experience to last visit where the technician was very quiet and didn't explain a lot what they were doing or introduce themselves. I did end up asking on my inner right eye if the reason it wasn't filled was because the lashes were shorter. She did reply that that was the reason.

Both visits my eyes were not cleaned prior to placement of the lashes. I'm not sure if this is the norm or it was missed for myself.

Overall my experience wasn't bad, but I was mostly unaware of what was part of the normal process for my appointment.“
