I went to this salon for the first time yesterday to get my crazy red hair assessed . Michelle was amazing , she guaranteed my vision and gave me everything and more I could ask for my hair goals . I went from a very mousy , red hair to a gorgeous baylage Carmel blonde , warm brown with no problem. My hair feels and looks literally like the models on the commercials . Couldn’t be more happy with the results thanks again Michelle , I’ll be your loyal customer forever ?

I recently had my hair coloured by Maddy at Chatters in the Sherwood Park Mall. I was taking a big step and going from blonde to brunette. I was a little nervous but Maddy soon put my mind at ease with her calming nature and expertise. She took the time to help me decide on the right colour without feeling rushed. Along with her down to earth personality and knowledge with hair colour, it made for a great experience. My hair turned out even better than I imagined! I’m looking forward to seeing her again! I made a last minute appointment online, which was VERY convenient. I was paired up with Randy and he was incredible. He saw my vision and went above and beyond. I have thick hair and noticed where it needed to be texturized and did it without me asking. He truly understood my hair and I appreciated that. I will definitely be back to see him!!
