I came here to buy shampoo then decided to also get my hair done. My stylist was John. It's too bad this place has a very low star rating because my experience was amazing. Each worker I came across was kind and helpful. John listened to what I wanted even after changing my mind twice. My hair turned out amazing. I'm beyond happy with how he coloured it. I was blonde when I went in and came out with rose gold and violet highlights. The only issue I had was another customer getting their hair done had their dog with them and the dog was constantly barking.

I have long hair and have not been able to find anyone to cut it that had the skill set to do layers that don’t compromise the look. I’ve been to all the expensive salons to only end up with a shapeless style. I decided to give Chatters a try because my thought was that o don’t want to keep paying so much money for a poorly executed style and cut. I wasn’t expecting much, just wanted the price to match the result. But then i got Talana. She understood all of what I discussed about my hair and what does and doesn’t work. I had an AMAZING experience with Joal! He did everything I wanted, even offered hair treatments for my hair since I had explained I had curly hair coming into his chair, on top of the already done damage from dye and bleach. He was an absolute sweetheart and knew exactly what he was doing!!
