i had a Platinum Pedicure at B-Glamour Nails today and it was fabulous! Can't wait for another one! All the staff were wonderful!
1/5 star do not recommend The first few times I went were amazing. I really enjoyed my pedicure and had no problem paying what I did however the last two times I went it was horrific. The service was terrible- staff sitting on their phones with coats on waiting to go home. Smelling like smoke from smoke breaks, not giving us the proper colors we asked for, over filing my feet to the point where I am in severe pain now with badly cracked heels which I didn’t have e before. When I talked to management about this they made excuses for their employees and offered no apology and told me to go to my dr for my Ingrowns. (I have and they aren’t that bad. Pedis usually do the trick). Complete waste of money and very unprofessional. Too bad because I enjoyed my first two a lot. Won’t be back :(
I have been coming here for a few years and now it’s always been good to me. The wye rd location. But today was exceptional and I definitely found my regular lady to see. Kim gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had and really knows what she’s doing! I am now going to switch to see her regularly at the other location in emerald hills. So attentive 5 stars for Kim!
