I had an appointment today for Chris to finish up a small job, and the day of, he sent this message to my contractor. No call, no further detail. Very unprofessional, left me hanging mid-job. So disappointed. I was talking with my brother about this job and unfortunately we are gonna be backing out of this job due to the city of Edmonton never getting back to us and not cooperating on clarifying how to proceed in a timely matter with the deficiencies that are unrelated to the work done. Steven was the first electrician that actually responded to me after I had attempted to contact a few other recommended electricians over the course of a month. In fact, he responded the same day after I explained what I needed in my home. Not only was he prompt in his response to my inquiry, but he was able to schedule an appointment within a week and the work that he did to reposition my light fixture was exactly what I hoped for. He was professional, prompt, and did quality work with his brother. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of electrical work.
