I was in town for a baseball tournament and decided to get my son’s hair cut on his birthday, I wish I hadn’t. Not only was the lady a bit snobby but she cannot cut straight or blend for the life of her. All I asked for was a fade on the sides/back and a trim on top. I’m surprised she has her license to be honest.

Walked in on Friday and immediately when she saw the client she yelled, "EXCUSE ME , WE DONT DO WALK INS ON FRIDAYS" then she said if you want to book and appointment you can, or come back tomorrow. I said okay can i book an appointment then...and once again she RUDELY replied, no im all booked up. She didn't apologize or offer any remedies. Just very rude. When CLEARY on the sign outside the door it says: Walk ins WELCOME. There is no signage saying otherwise. Also it would have been different if she was kind and considerate. Will never go again.
