Windows Installation in Red Deer

“We had all of our windows (12) and exterior doors (4) replaced by these folks. From the very first interaction with Trent (Salesman) to the end of the installation with the install team (Justin-Crew Lead) I can honestly say that they are some of the absolute best! Everything arrived when they said it would and when the install team showed up they were organized and professional. After Justin and Don (Interior Finish Lead) had a quick walk through they had a 5 minute meeting with their guys and then the guys went to work. Within 20 minutes 2 of the windows were already removed! By the end of the first day all 12 windows and 3 of the doors were installed with some of the finish trim done as well. Everything was finished by the second day with new trim on just about everything. Where some of the walls weren’t straight or had odd angles Don took his time and made sure that we would be happy with everything he did. He even came to my wife numerous times each day to fill her in on their progress and let her know what was happening. If we ever have to do something like this again we will definitely use these folks.“

“From the estimate thru the ordering and final installation their process was excellent. Jim provided more information and insight than any other company was willing to do. Since this was the third company I used over the years for window replacement, Oriel Windows was the most informative and did the best job I could have asked for. I asked that Oriel not damage interior surrounding tile during this replacement installation the installers did an excellent job and did exactly that. Even though it took them longer to deal with during the installation. The glazers were extremely professional and left both inside and outside my kitchen as clean as they found it. They were on time and very friendly, truly professional tradesmen. The office was always very informative and attentive. They advised deliver dates, keep me informed when my windows arrived and offered numerous installation dates to accommodate my schedule.
