Let me tell ya! First of all, I gotta mention I have not baught anything from United Floors.... Yet!So I'm doing Renos like a good old DIY dad that I am. Got a teenager that didn't mention ice built up on her window all winter, that was melting and growing mold down the wall and into the carpet...So! Watched a couple of YouTube videos and called a friend with some experience and off we started! Anyways... 3 weekends later... Carpet is down and drywall is up. But I need a tool called a Carpet seam roller. Basically...a 50 dollar brush that hides the seam from one part of the carpet to the other... Firstly. Hollie was great. But really, let me tell you about the installers….Rick was on time, ready to work. Took pride in his work and did not waste time…. Thank you so much.Addison is a PRO. Sets his own hours which is fine by me! His work is outstanding.Both took pride on their work. Were careful with walls etc. of course a few dings happen when you’re installing but nothing major.
