We purchased a home from this builder and the experience we have had with him has been rough and extremely stressful.We have had many issues with the home and have not been able to reach Henry Faber. He won't even turn his phone on during the day, which tells you alot. He does not respond to messages or texts.He has been with holding information about the house and still owes us items for the home which were in the contract but there is no way to get a hold of him.We wish we would have done our research before purchasing anything from him. We hired Sunset Construction Ltd. on July, 14th 2021 We gave Henry Faber the owner a deposit of $1,000 at that time. Since then, nothing, week after week of false promises "We will be there next week" Finally after ignored emails and Henry hanging up on us, when we called. We called the Better Business Bureau and currently have them involved. We are owed $1,000 and will take this to the courts if it is not returned. we are seniors and put our trust in him BIG MISTAKE....
