PetSmart Training provided high-quality group classes for several of our dogs. The six sessions gave a very good foundation for homework to be done, and produced dramatic behavioural results.The store itself offers a wide range of competitively-priced products. There are frequent specials and sales t o take advantage of.The on-line ordering, which does not reflect at all on our local staff, leaves something to be desired. There are frequent discrepancies in pricing, quantity of items available, and even between the phone app and the online desktop app.However, our local staff more than make up for PetSmart's e-commerce problems. Adopted a reptile a short while ago and before taking the plunge decided to do my research. The staff was very helpful in finding everything that I needed for him. Everything they suggested was also in line with what I was finding online by expert reptile owners. They were well informed and didn’t try to upsell me just because they could. I will only be buying all pet supplies from here from now on. -2024 edit- Alaina is the reason I continue to come back here. She is amazing at pet knowledge.
