The staff actually know their stuff and Meg was quick to respond to all inquiries. We were able to get installation within a week. Hassan and his helper installed our flooring and did a wonderful job.

A very good experience overall. Rob in the showroom was very knowledgeable about all the options and thanks to him, we choose very well. We are very pleased with the product. Our installer, David, is a superior craftsman in wood flooring products, which is clearly visible in the end product. Very happy.
