About to drive back to SK early morning after visiting family in Red Deer, only to notice a screw in my driver side rear tire. I stopped at 3 other tire shops explaining my dilemma and asking to be squeezed in between jobs. Previous 3 stated they were filled with appointments and wouldn’t be able to get to me until after noon. Don’s on the other hand pulled a vehicle out of the bay and promptly repaired my tire, I was gone within 20-25 minutes. I was so pleased to see old school customer service has not totally died off. To top it all off they did this in the most pleasant and professional manner. Thank you Don’s to each of your crew.

I started my morning off with a flat tire and my dealership could not get my car in to fix it, I was getting worried about how I was going to travel to and from work. Fortunately Trail tire saved the day, they were able to squeeze me in right away and fixed the tire in 20 minutes. While I was there all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Trail Tire, they have a great staff and amazing, efficient service! Thank you Trail Tire for getting me on the road again!

Les and his tech found and fixed a perceived turbo problem that has been an issue for a year plus!! The dealership I had dealt with previously was garbage!!! This Shop will get all of my business going forward. Thanks guys
