So I really have to give a shout out to Copper Lane Hair Studio in Lacombe. I went on my birthday to have my hair dyed and cut and we had a bit of an oops and it didn’t turn out exactly how we were hoping. To no fault of anyone it’s just these things happen sometimes, hair can be unpredictable. Not only was the manager Jenna Bell amazing to deal with but she was so so so understanding of my situation and even offered to personally fix my hair after hours to accommodate my schedule. Well…if that wasn’t amazing enough…they also gave me my money back, a $50 gift certificate to their salon, AND these amazing Olaplex products. I’m truly floored at the outstanding customer service. This is what happens when adults simply communicate an issue rather than anyone get upset and throw a temper tantrum. I also work in the customer service industry so I can truly recognize when a business goes above and beyond for their clients. 10/10 would recommend.
A year ish ago I had a very bad experience with another salon. I came to copper lane, very nervous about having another bad experience. I want to thank Kelsey for fixing the mess I had on my head. I put it off so long but decided I couldn’t wait any longer. Thank you for the wonderful job you did. Thank you for asking me a few times if I was good. Thank you thank you thank you! See you in 8 weeks ❤️
