“I called him and he was busy heading out to another call but chatted with me about what was going on and let me know he’d call as soon as he was done. He did call back right away, showed up promptly, and came to have a look. He unfortunately does not carry the part to fix our tank but was super helpful in telling us who to call and even what part to get ourselves to save some cash. Didn’t charge us for our visit because he “didn’t do anything” but was extremely nice and helpful.“
