So today I went for a drastic haircut at a different location in Okotoks. I was SO unhappy with it that, as it looked NOTHING like my original photo, that it borderline brought me to tears. The nearest location was Walmart Okotoks so I went in as Nancy was there. I told her what just happened and showed her my photo. She got me into a chair right away and took a look - the cut was definitely NOT the cut in the photo. She said she'll fix it. SHE DID!!! I felt like she heard me and gave me great suggestions to make it my look. I can't thank Nancy enough for saving, not only my day, but my confidence. Go see Nancy!! Highly Highly recommend her. ?

Nicole has been colouring my hair for years at SmartStyle Salon. I absolutely love her and love this salon. She does a way better job than anywhere else I have gone and for a fraction of the cost!

Very friendly, helpful and experienced staff. They love what they do and if you like chit chat, its there. If you like your silence. Its there. Remarkable women really. The hair in the profile was their work. Lovely lovely place. Highly recommend!
